Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Each item is quality checked, securely packed, and handed over to our trusted courier partners. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, orders usually arrive within 4–8 business days depending on location and courier service availability. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. Delays due to weather or logistics disruptions are rare but possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Occasionally, Keni offers free-shipping promotions on selected orders or cart values which apply automatically.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address and contact details are entered correctly. Non-delivery due to incorrect information is not the responsibility of Keni and re-shipping charges may apply.
Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears delayed beyond normal delivery time, contact us with your order ID and photos. Our team will help resolve it with the courier partner.
